“Our WiM Leadership small group has provided me with other Christian women who understand what I am experiencing specifically in the workforce. They have all been wiser than me and have shared perspectives that have shaped decisions that I am facing day to day. It has also been reassuring to hear others' stories that I can relate to, which encourages me that there are other sisters going through the same things that I am and I always feel encouraged to keep on!"

Dough Starter
While the number of women-owned businesses is on the rise, reaching about 40% of all U.S. businesses, funding continues to be a barrier for women. Women receive only 7% of venture funds for their start-ups.
Our Dough Starter Fund is designed to help bridge this gap and enable women to pursue the dreams God has placed on their hearts.
