WiM: Tell us a little about your business. What do you provide? When did you get started?

DVS: Have you ever felt stuck, frustrated, overwhelmed with your progress toward personal or professional goals? I work with women who are ready to author their book, brand, or business to fully and intentionally fulfill the purpose for which they’ve uniquely been designed.

Using flow-infused coaching and a bit of salty truth telling, I provide one-on-one coaching services, online resources, and group presentations from the boardroom to retreat centers. My goal is to help strip away the lies, limiting beliefs and labels that keep women stuck; bound by the chains of their past or lack of clarity for their potential.

I offer several proven processes to guide women as they realize their identity, recognize their purpose, redefine their direction, and reclaim their focus. Meeting women where they’re at allows them to transform authentically versus trying to fit into a predetermined mold.

For over 30 years I’ve been helping women define their dreams, stop living by default, and fully embrace their unique calling. I began in direct sales and have had the opportunity to serve in vocational ministry, corporate and retail management, as well as with the stay-at-home mom who wants to live a well done life while she raises her children and leads her family.
